Baked slowly to perfection.

Harold and Daphne Irwin, the founders of Woodwin Catering Ltd., had the inspiration to acquire Holmes Bakery in 2009 (originally established in 1937 in Old West Street Portadown), and tweak it into the award winning family bakery it is today.

Their daughter, Gillian, is part of the Holmes Bakery family, as she shares responsibility for sales, marketing and administration of the Holmes Bakery Brand, which produces and supplies award winning handcrafted bakery products to retail outlets across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, GB and further afield.

The full and diverse product range is manufactured from a purpose-built site in Craigavon, Co Armagh.

The story so far...

In 1937 Holmes Bakery began creating the finest bakery products in Portadown Co. Armagh.

Since then, we have been handcrafting award winning bakery products using the very best ingredients and traditional methods. Holmes Bakery is more than a bakery, it's a family tradition.
